Section 47
Assets will be confiscated
If it is proven that a person has acquired assets and other assets that have been increased by doing any act considered to be corrupt according to this Act or prevailing laws, such assets will be confiscated. However, if the right of such property has already been transferred to someone and the bag has been retained during such transfer, then the amount will be the same as Kapali.
